At GKIDS Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our animated masterpieces and collectibles. If your item is damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, booklets, and promotional inserts are included to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
